Self service options for plan changes?
Yes - plans can be changed within your dashboard, simply select 'sign-in' in upper-right and proceed to dashboard. Here plans can be changed (upgrade/downgrade), monthly to yearly and cancelled.
Can a plan be upgraded at anytime later?
Yes - upgrading is seamless and can be completed at anytime.
How long are project hours available?
Project hours are available for 12-months, following purchase. Hours are allocated to reserving Architects time for this period. Adding hours at anytime extends availability.
