Yes - When you click 'configure', it will step through to include both email and Solution Partner.
Yes/No - Each user that reaches out to LoneSync, or that LoneSync is managing for you. If you are managing other users and they reach out to you directly, then only one is required.
No - M365 is dedicated per country and LoneSync is based in Canada. However our Solution Partner plans are available Globally, so you can still benefit from LoneSync.
Yes - Simply go to the OX Partner section to select preferred option, this will allow you to have the benefits of LoneSync while purchasing Microsoft 365 Business through another option.
Yes - Any OX Partner levels are available Globally.
Yes - plans can be changed within your dashboard, simply select 'sign-in' in upper-right and proceed to dashboard. Here plans can be changed (upgrade/downgrade), monthly to yearly and cancelled.
